The IAF is pleased to invite members to the IAF Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026, which will take place at the Centro Nacional de las Artes in Mexico City. This year’s event will provide valuable opportunities for professional exchange, institutional collaboration, and a deeper appreciation of Mexico’s vibrant cultural and creative landscape.
We are working together with our host members SOMAAP, SAOV and AMETLI, ensuring the AGM reflects the perspectives of Mexico’s diverse creative community.
The AGM will take place in the morning and will be hybrid, allowing members who cannot attend in person to participate virtually. In the afternoon, there will be some panel discussions, followed by a cocktail reception in the evening. On the following day, IAF will co-host a full-day joint seminar with International Federation of Reproduction and Rights Organizations (IFRRO), fostering international dialogue and collaboration. The event will conclude with the IFRRO Latin America Committee meeting on the third day.
Preliminary Program:
- Tuesday, 24 March: IAF AGM (morning, hybrid), followed by some panel discussions in the afternoon and evening cocktail reception
- Wednesday, 25 March: Full-day joint seminar co-hosted with IFRRO
- Thursday, 26 March: IFRRO Latin America Committee meeting
Topics for all panel discussions will be announced soon and will focus on key issues in the creative community with an emphasis on Mexico and the Latin America region, providing opportunities for knowledge sharing, debate and networking.
