A complaint had been filed with the European Commission against the Spanish State by AIE, AISGE, CEDRO, DAMA, EGEDA, SGAE and VEGAP. At the end of 2015, Public Lending Right (PLR) was implemented into Polish Copyright Law. Barbara Józwiak of CopyrightPolska reports to IAF members.
