Athanasios VenitsanopoulosEvents, IAF, News

Join us for a hybrid event to discuss the ‘’The business of being an Author’’.

This event will focus on how authors can develop knowledge and confidence in their writing as well as understanding book production, and ensuring their work reaches the right audience. The Uganda Textbook-Academic and Non-Fiction Authors’ Association (UTANA) provides a platform that gives creators the opportunity to promote themselves as professional authors and motivate others to take control of the entire creative process.

This event is organised by the Uganda Textbook-Academic and Non-Fiction Authors’ Association (UTANA) and is supported by the International Authors Forum (IAF), the Norwegian Association of Non-Fiction and Translators (NFFO), the Ugandan Ministry of Education and Sports, and the Writers-Authors Investment Club (WAIC).

The event will be held online via Zoom on Friday 4th November at 14:00-17:00 (EAT) – 11:00-14:00 (GMT).

Register free for this event.

The discussion will also be broadcast live from IAF’s Facebook page.
