We were honoured to attend the closing ceremony of We were honoured to attend the closing ceremony of Tbilisi World Book Capital 2021 and the UNESCO World Book Capital Network Meeting 🇬🇪

In a year with many challenges, the Tbilisi World Book Capital project showed to the world the importance of Georgian literature and culture. They set out to make reading more popular and accessible with the message ‘Find Your Next Book’, showing Georgia’s rich cultural history and a future of opportunity for its cultural creators. Tbilisi also shared the message, ‘What You Read Matters’, an important reminder of the power of culture that draws on the community’s ongoing effort for peace that is more important than ever.
